Hi Jenny, the maker is Michelle Jones from Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. At their own Dubai Quilters Guild show she won "Best Art Quilt" with this quilt.
Thank you so much for putting up all the quilts, you are a star.
It was really nice seeing you again in Kuwait, I hope to see you soon again in the Emirates.
